When will I get my order?

Our Standard Delivery Time is 1-3 Business Days :)
How do Returns and Exchanges Work?

All our pieces are carefully made and checked :) But, in the unlikely case that there is an issue, please email us within 7 days after you receive your order. You will need to send us images of the issue, which we will compare with the images of the product taken before it is sent off. Please note: we rework preloved pieces, so garments will never be perfect. If there is a valid issue, we will offer an exchange token for the same price!

We deliver nationwide across South Africa!
How long do custom orders take?

A custom order takes 7-10 business days.
How do custom orders work?
We take a limited number of custom orders every month and only in select styles.
If there is a style you'd like us to rework in a specific colour-way, simply fill out our contact form with the following info:
-The style you'd like customised
-The colour-way you're after
-Your measurements
We'll get back to you with the colours we have on hand and whether the style is customisable !
