When will I get my order?
Our Standard Delivery Time is 1-3 Business Days for upcycled pieces and bags. Made-to-order items can expected within one week.
How do Returns and Exchanges Work?
All our pieces are carefully made and checked.
However, in the unlikely case that there is an issue please email us within 7 days after you receive your order.
You will need to send us images of the issue, which we will compare with the images of the product taken before it is sent off. If there is a valid issue, we will offer an exchange token for the same price.
